Labour Loses to Loony

Lord Toby Jug, of the Monster Raving Loony Party, has pushed Labour into last place in St Ives, Cambridge, by winning 566 votes (6.23 per cent of the vote), ahead of Labour’s Richard Allen's 362 and Angela Richards' 343:
