Solzhenitsyn follows in the footsteps of the likes of Bakunin who voiced their outrage at tyrannical rule, and sought to inform their fellow men of the dangers of despotism.
His works, need to be read now more than ever as we fall under the spell of yet another despotism, the likes of which this world has yet to see. -
